We always fly standby as employees, but I have two chances the KLM flight which is overbooked but I hope there a lot no shows and otherwise Martinair which has places enough open. So in the worst scenario I have to hang around on the airport for 7 hours!!! That's not funny but at least I can fly then. And now I really have to log out again and stay in that position

Bye now,

Have a nice vacation.

Which time is your flight? Flight number? Aircraft?

You didn't say the whole truth yet...

Well here I am again after some great flying hours and a great time in Florida. I have not really time yet to check all messages out but I will do later this week and be back on the place I belong. One thing I have to mention, too bad and awfull news to hear the AF KL story. I never expected that people on such high positions in KLM could be so stupid, eventough I knew it allready :)
Anyway now I really have to leave this company since I would not like the idea to work for the French.
Ok my friends, gotta go now..........oh yeah I went to Miami in my favorit KLM MD-11 and came back yesterday with a Martinair 767-300 ER.
Talk to ya later!

Maybe they took the right decision. Knowing the heavy indebtedness of KLM, it was perhaps the only way to survive without going to the same drama as Sabena.
