I noticed a plane (BAC111 for example) with two rows of seats. The left row contained 2 seats and the left one 3 seats.
We asked ourselfs if this can't give any problems with the weighthbalance of the aircraft???

I'm sure they found something on that. Maybe more cargo / luggage on the 2seats-row

I think the latteral weight difference on such aircraft can be ignored.

As a reference I would like to give an example : on a MD11 Full freighter the latteral weight imbalance may not exceed 14000kg. It's even higher on a 747F, but depending on Actual TOW.

Yes, this weight inbalance can just be ignored. There are more planes with this unbalance. I don't know wich type but i know one type where you have 2 and then 1 in a row. So that's the same problem as with this plane.
