ASL has a flight from there too this week

F5 = Aerotranscargo

Maybe they just make a technical stop there to pick up some cheap fuel.

Is a stop on route to China.

And Y8 is expected to restart their flight end of December, early January.

Aerotranscargo (ATG/F5) is a new cargo airline for BRU, operating HKG-KRW-BRU. Hopefully for a long time!

But that still doesn't explain why they stop in Turkmenbashi, among all places. Just for fuel????
