If they don't repaint it, might be because 00-VEF should leave the fleet soon! better use the money for something else no?

And when reading the posts: if there is ice build-up on the upper fuselage, OF COURSE you will ask de-icing team to REMOVE it 8O (weight AND drag penalty!!!)

It is in any case bad marketing.

The plane is already flying in this "colourscheme" for a long time. For a potential customer it might look as if the company is in need of money and style !!!

I agree with you but is it really a wise time (economic situation) for a company to change/renew painting of their aircraft?
I guess (hope) passengers are able to realize that the painting of the aircraft does not make it fly, as the one of their own car does not make it work better.
