Confusing Picture
Just seen this pic on planepictures.net and I'm wondering if the aircraft in the picture id dumping a little fuel before landing? The comment doesn't suggest it, but to me it just doesn't tell the full story!

Note: Lots of people like to speak German there, I remember. I suspect the Germans even to get inspired by the opera there for the design of the parliament house in Berlin...
There I saw capivaras too.

Now we can have a discussion whether it is a contrail or a chemtrail. Though the possibility of a fuel dump also cannot be totally ruled out.

It's not strictly true that dumping fuel from a low level does not happen. Last year whilst in Vancouver I watched an Air Canada A340 take off and as it rotated it blew an engine, very quickly you could also smell fuel, the aircraft declared an emergency and could be seen streaking through the Vancouver skies at 5000ft dumping as much fuel as possible and coming straight back on approach to the same runway and landing within 10mins, still dumping fuel. My photos of this actually appeared on the front cover of the Vancouver Sun newspaper. AND YEP IT STANK TO HELL FOR HOURS AFTER.

Fuel dump definitely.
On DC-10 that's the position of the fuel dump probes.
Indeed weird situation to dump fuel, but actually I find the contrails a little bit too big and dense for regular condensation contrails.
And in my opinion, if the aircraft would leave such big condensation stripes on the outboard flaps, there would also be something visible on the inboard flaps. Go have a look when a DC-10 or MD-11 comes in with moistureous weather and watch the outboard of the inboard flaps.
The fuel dump pipe is placed in such a position that fuel can be diffused as good as possible so that it vaporizes quickly, like near the outboard flap edge where a lot of vortices are created.

Fuel dump trails are always more intense unless there's no more fuel left to dump. Thus longer and thicker than just floating water which is gathered by the wing. Certainly with such a relatively nice weather. Maybe when it would have been raining.
I've seen DC-10's coming in at Brussels (short final in my garden) with heavy rainfall 100's of times and never saw them with such big water trails.
Can't think of anything else but fuel dump. To me water trail is excluded because of too intense and no trail at the inboard flaps, where there also should have been some trail visible.
