Expensive site! Between 8 and 24 UK Pound additional costs for every booking you make.

And this while you can book for the same price with your travel agent, without those costs! Or even easier, you can book an e-ticket via the airline's website..

Not really a best choice for Belgian travellers. I found often good deal on UK websites; but the best deal I ever got for a one-way ticket was through Internet in Hong Kong: they considered that one-way flight (WAW-BRU) as part of a multi-leg travel, and they sent me the ticket by DHL.

Not so, Chris. I looked up for my upcoming trip to Nice, and they came up with a very competitive price on SN (cheaper than the cost mentioned on my ticket), before VEX that was more expensive !!!

But then you have the booking costs...

Friday I am flying to Edinburgh (standby ofcourse ;) and booked the hotel thru this site. I called the hotel and asked for the airline staff discount price, they could offer the hotel for 140 pounds! a night. Later in the evening I booked the same hotel on this site for 114 EURO a night, so a price discount from almost 50%!!! You see the special rates when you click select next to the hotel shown. So i disagree they are expensive :)
