Thomascookie,
I think the Airbus 300 has a special routing from Toulouse to Brussels where it can do the parabolics. On that routing they will not schedule other flights, I also think that they didn't to a flight on water but it is possible that they flew via London Heathrow across the Channel. But I don't think so... for me it is just a flightplan where they can use all flightlevels!

Bart

First of all the aircraft is based at Bordeaux.
When there is nice weather the aircraft makes it's paraboles over the atlantic between Brest and Bordeaux. When the weather is too bad, they go over the mediteranian sea (Near Corsica I think).
The flight level during one parabole varies between FL190 and FL280
How a parabole is done:
Starting at FL190 the aircraft pulls up until it has a 45° bank angle, then it reduces thrust to idle and makes a free fall of the shape of a parabole(only the gravity acts on the aircraft). At the end the aircraft descends with an angle of 45° and pulls up to level again at FL190. Just before and after the 20 seconds in micro gravity you experience a 2G force.
In one flight the aircraft makes 30 paraboles.
That's it
