On Sat 03 October, TUI Belgium's OO-JAV operated OR-695 Amsterdam-Funchal on behalf of TUIfly Netherlands. When the 737-800 was cruising at FL360 near Gernsey/Jersey, the crew returned to AMS Amsterdam (at FL350). Reason for the return to AMS: unreliable airspeed.

OO-JAQ, also a 737-800, flew OR-695/OR-696 AMS-FNC-AMS later on Saturday.

The Aviation Herald updated its report of the incident with a new paragraph: "On Nov 9th 2020 the Dutch Onderzoeksraad (DSB) reported the crew observed differences in speed and altitude indications between the captain's and first officer's instruments. When the aircraft arrived at cruise altitude the differences became bigger. After the crew had attempted to fix the problem in vain, the aircraft returned to Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport for a safe landing. A short investigation was opened by the DSB."

Story in The Aviation Herald: http://avherald.com/h?article=4e0d5648

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 2 hours, then departed again and is currently en-route to the USA over the Atlantic Ocean.
