Of course it is. To the point that most countries most it compulsory. But not Belgium...

Nor in the UK, which explains why the Flybe Q400s flying for SN could sport the Belgian flag with a British registration.

I hope so .. as it's on the Brussels Airlines registry .. at least on the inside it'll be shown on their safety cards.. but the outside needs that mentioning as well

What a mess with SN's long haul fleet. A real demonstration of why it is not possible to fly on intercontinental flights when flying a lot! Terrific ! Today the winner is SN 278 LOME ACCRA that it's cancelled !
The new management has a Titan job to regularize all this!
I'm really sad for SN and I begin to think that Eurowings will be only a lesser evil...

Spare parts will be more available due to less difference between them. The engineers will have less training requirements. So all-in-all much less hassle to get the right person, equipment and spare parts dispatched to an a/c that's AOG.

nordikcam is right: today's SN1277 replaces SN277 that was cancelled yesterday.

There is almost a daily problem with one of the l/h flights.
