Looks like they noticed a problem on departure from EPKK, see "hesitation" below.

Did they stop at the crossing with RWY 15-33 that led to closing the AD or is it because of the drain on emergency resources?

Currently still no traffic and AD closed (estimated) until 23:30 local per Notam

Norwegian flight #DY1156 (Oslo-Munich, B737-800 reg. LN-DYE) with 84 plumbers on board was forced to return to Oslo because of a problem with the toilets on board.

‘We would have liked to fix the restrooms, but unfortunately, it had to be done from the outside and we did not take the opportunity to send a plumber outside at 10,000 meters.’ - Frank Olsen of Rørkjøp, speaking to Dagbladet.
