Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
With regard to the repatriation of Belgian tourists from Gambia
https://www.aviation24.be/tour-operators/t ... ts-banjul/
A TUI fly Belgium aircraft has been positioned in Cabo Verde yesterday and will bring back a majority of tourists this afternoon.
A plane of TUI fly Nederland will bring back the last 40 passengers also this afternoon, with itinerary Banjul-Dakar-Amsterdam + bus from Amsterdam to Brussels.

Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
Last years, TUI Boeing 767 was also flying in the summer on European destinations. I only find Tenerife for this summer on Friday with the 767 of TUI, does anyone knows other destinations. The 767 flies to Miami on Tuesday and Sat. On Wed. and Sunday to Santo Domingo/Montego Bay. Many thanks for additional information!
Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
In July and August Tui fly Belgium will fly on Friday with the Boeing 767 from Brussels to Tenerife. Does anyone knows that it will be the OO-JNL? I just want to be sure before i book the flights.
Many thanks.

CS100 would be a great option too and probably cheaper than the E2. CS100 has great short field performance for ANR and would be able to fly 135 passengers all the way to Malaga and further.

Does anyone know when the TUI BOEING 767 OO-JNL is going under maintenance this year? Would like to book the OO-JNL but want to be sure (more or less). Many thanks!
Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
Unless you fly comfort class, don't book on OO-JNL, with the worst seat arrangement ever seen on a 767: 2-4-2 (all other airlines have 2-3-2).
By the way, OO-JNL was standing alone in the cold Friday morning (picture made as I was leaving BRU to WAW on LO232)

Additional routes from France and Italy: https://www.aviation24.be/airlines/tui-fly ... nce-italy/
Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
No competition with the new routes out of EBOS except Bourgas:
Lille will be linked with Cagliari, Catania, Palermo, Kalamata, Patrai, Split and Bourgas.
Would be nice to see Cagliari or Split from EBOS in 2018.

Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
According to planespotters.net the new E-190 is MSN 19000665. (4O-AOD)
A 3 year old plane from Montenegro Airlines, delivered May 2014.
Somebody know when it will join the fleet?

It will become OO-TEA.
Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
This reminds me of the first aircraft of defunct Trans European Airlines, a Boeing 720 also registered OO-TEA

So TUI didn't only get rid of the JAF name, they also are getting rid of the JAF registrations, the last couple of planes are all registered with OO-Txx

Hello everybody,
OO-JAL has been fully painted recently and named "Desire".

Re: TUI fly Belgium in 2017
OO-JJI (ex ECAir and stored for several months at OST and BRU) departed to WOE for painting into standard TUI Airlines cs. I suppose it will then operate within the fleet.
The sister aircraft HB-JJH (also ex ECAir and stored at BRU) will become OO-JJH and join the fleet ?

JJI is in WOE for long term storage, not for painting.Konus wrote: ↑26 Jan 2017, 08:59 OO-JJI (ex ECAir and stored for several months at OST and BRU) departed to WOE for painting into standard TUI Airlines cs. I suppose it will then operate within the fleet.

Their future is still unclear (depends on ECAir), but at this time there is no plan to integrate them in the TUI fleet.
