Sorry to burst the bubble, but it is not real. It is photshopped. How do i know? First of all, if the bird is really going downwards, there wouldn't be so much sunlight on its wings. And second, the plane that really made these contrails would never be fully coverd by the bird. Beneath the paw of the bird.
BTW, i know, there is always a guy saying it is fake, but this time it is.

Yes some people will even claim that a picture of a clear blue sky is fake. (Although in some countries it seems that it might be..)

I also think it is shopped, but for the sunlight on the birds wing, it can also be reflected from a snow covered ground
