hold on, no contract yet.
I have no doubt that the contract will involve transfer of technology and probably local manufacturing/assembly as well.
And the percentage of direct/indirect compensation orders is even a non-topic, it is normal.

But on the other hand I personally see it as a good thing that the Rafale would get export orders , just to avoid too many monopolies.

How long will it take before we read some stories at Fox News about kickbacks ?
