i don't see why there should be an age cap.
as long as the FA is capable in performing the job like it should they should be able to work
its not because you are incapable of continuing with your job that should you be retired for early pension

In the USA you have some flight attendants who are 75+ (united, delta,...) , the oldest was 81(!)
who worked on the flight Detroit to NRT.(for NW) I don't know he is still flying.
