What's the best way to show pictures in my forum-topics ?

Post by luchtzak »

Hi all,

the best way to show your pictures on this website is to locate the source of the image by rightclicking on the image and copying the URL of the image. You can place it in your topic between

Note that a lot of free webhosting (e.g. yahoo, webshots, etc...) don't allow linking the image on another website. Therefor you must include the URL to the image like this link image or go to see the picture.
A new page will load and the image will be viewable on the new page. Airliners.net and Jetphotos are using the same principles.

Now the reason why you post an image where you think that it will be viewable and other users are claiming that it isn't viewable is because the user who posted the image has the image in it's 'cache'-computer memory. This is the reason for most of the users, some are lucky and are able to watch the picture directly.

You can upload your aviation pictures very easily by using http://coppermine.luchtzak.be, here is an how-to guide:

This part will be updated if we have better information.

greetings,

Bart
