Hi
At last some photos-------the sky in the southeast of england has been very hazy with upper white cloud for the last 10 days and very hot!!!!Not great for taking photos of aircraft.
Today the sky is still a bit hazy if taking photos away from the sun.--------some photos not that great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
AIRWAYS=UL607,UT420,UM733,UL15,--LHR--LGW.
Only aircraft on contrail was the AIR FRANCE A340 AND BOEING 777 GOING WEST at about 25,000ft.

hi,
was anyone out there on Thursday evening in the London area at approx 18:00hrs, a plain white dc8-63 cargo? going east to west . I did get a photo of it but it was far too hazy to see anything. I would just like to know who it belongs to as it reminded me of the defunct Cargo Lion, Any ideas?

Not bad photos DC10, the heatwaves and lack of contrails are a problem here too, oh and the thick overcast layer of cloud the past few weeks... :roll:

Looking forward to winter for some nice clear conditions! :D

Took this one the other day, making a turn and catching some last rays:

Great pics; here still cloudy when I'm at home. It's been a long time I've could use my scope. Next problem is that I've to wait about 4 weeks to have my barlow. I've already waited 4 à 5 weeks :evil:
