I guess you mean 5 per week? It is the usual increase of frequencies to the capital of the rotating EU Presidency. Expect Stockholm to be the next on the list in the autumn ... And of course PRG will be reduced than again. Might Stockholm than be already in cooperation with future *Alliance partner SAS?

> BRUSSELS-RECIFE-VIRACOPOS-SANTIAGO-RECIFE-BRUSSELS

18.30 h Campinas SQ7384 Scheduled 18.30 h
18.30 h Recife SQ7384 Scheduled 18.30 h
18.30 h Santiago SQ7384 Scheduled 18.30 h
18.30 h Sao Paulo SQ7384 Scheduled 18.30 h

These are all Cargo B destinations!!! :?

Is this new SQC service perhaps just a temporary operation?
Perhaps because of the grounding of OO-CBA and for as long as BB does not have a second aircraft available, SQC is called in adhoc to provide extra lift?

Or is SQC feeling the recession as well and are they now going at full force against small CargoB?

I remember that CargoB ended their Africa operations a while ago, after SQC had started operating JNB-NBO-BRU as well. In the meantime those African SQC operations moved up to AMS reportedly.

It sounds still very strange to me. Some examples:

1) At this moment you can't log your goods via their system, because South America don't exist in their system. So no possibilities for companies to transport their goods to/from South America.

2) No announcement of this very new cargo-route by SQ. Even the Belgian cargo industry is not aware of it.

3) How many flights a week?

"during the month decembre..."

Does this mean it's only a temporary route or a prospect of possible future frequent operations?

Thanks OO-VEX ;) So this mean that this is no new route ex-BRU and that's the reason why you can't ship goods with SQ to SA.

Airbaltic will stop flying Vilnius - Brusselles from January 5 till the remainder of the winter season.

For now they plan to restart in summer schedulle, but this can change anytime - Airbaltic is drastically reducing their presence in Vilnius. They have a nasty legal disputes with Flylal, Flylal managed to convince local court in Vilnius to decide to arrest accounts of Airbaltic and Riga airport without even hearing them. Flylal claims hundreds milions in lost profits, because Airbaltic did expand in Vilnius using money they saved getting discounts in Riga (that Ryanair gets too and everybody else can get based on traffic volume).

There will be no direct services between Vilnius and Brusselles for the time being. Is there a change that Brusselles Airlines will start flying this route sometime? There would be quite big demand for a flight with a nightstop in Vilnius.
