Belgium's Highest court, the Raad van State / Conseil D'Etat, has not cancelled the dispertion plan for BRU, as asked for by Oostrand (East Rand) and the city of St-Pieters-Woluwe / Woluwe St-Pierre. The Raad van State / Conseil D'Etat also has not cancelled the runway rules for Saturdays.
The Secretary for Transport says he's happy with the decision from the RvS/CdE; he says this will give him the possibility to reach a global settlement with all partners involved.
To all nimby's, from Brussels to Ostend: have a nice weekend!
