My travel agent changes my reservation

This afternoon I booked online my flight ( www.connections.be )

I booked following flights:

08/04:SN 3719/IB7789 BRU 07:40 - MAD 10:00
12/04:IB 3207/SN5254 MAD 20:00 - BRA 22:20

After payement I receive a confirmation that everything is ok.

Later I receive a message on my mobile phone that I have to call back
to the connection call center, urgent! .
I call back , after 15 minutes , yes 15

I'm connected with an
operator.
Operator: Why do you call Sir?
I: I had to call back , It was urgent.
Operator: What's your reservation number ? .. Nothing wrong Sir. Everything is ok Sir. Try to call back tomorrow :s

After that I checked my trip via Galileo and Amadeus and then I saw that they had changed my SNBA flight to an Iberia flight without knowing

I'm not happy whit the situation.

I've already sended an e-mail back but I will have to wait until tomorrow for an answer.

Can they do that ?
If I book and pay for an SNBA flight why do they change that to an Iberia flight ?

try to call them... emails never work...

I understand your feelings ,uf you booked a SNBA flight, you want one!!!

Once i was furious, i was in a BA plane but i ordered a SWISS (LX) ticket...

Furious of being on a BA flight instead of LX????

The world is going very strange.

About the company change, did something other changed except for the company???

Like hours or destination.

Because if it is only the airlne? I think they will say as it is code share it is the same for them, your ticket remain SNBA but you will fly on codeshare partner Iberia ( Oh yes on IB don't forget to bring your sandwiches with you).

yes, i am swiss, of course if i book a swiss flight , i want to be in a swiss flight...

I live in london and i miss Switzerland !!!, when i go in a Swiss plane, it's like i am home already before my flight...

Swiss flights are magnificient, BA for me, is a slap in the face!!!

i think its just a codeshare issue.

Since you mention IB/SN flight numbers, i don't see the problem.

I made a phonecall this morning and received this answer:

Iberia could not confirm your IB7789 flight operated by SNBA so they changed your flight to IB3207 operated by Iberia :s

Ovostar , what you say is correct.

I never had a bad experience on my 6 Iberia flights.

But if you could fly for the same price with SNBA
you choose for SNBA, onboard of SNBA you receive free drinks and a meal on Iberia not.And I would asked my uncle to join us
as cabin crew , so I could have a look in the cockpit.

That's why I would like to have that SN flight.

Sorry SNBA maybe next time

Those flight times etc are correct. The BRU-MAD is operated by SN, and the return by IB.

What exactly has changed? Did they change your BRU-MAD to IB3207 at 08:15 instead of the 07:40 operated by SN?

Is the SN flight of 07:40 mentioned on your confirmation page?

Because it doesn't look like this flight is operating on Saturdays and Sundays...

SN doesn't have this flight in its reservation system at the moment.

I only find availability under the IB code:

IB (SN) 7789 0 BRU
08/04/06 07:40AM MAD
08/04/06 10:00AM AR8 B C4 D4 Y4 B4 H4 K4 M4 L4 S4 W4 O4 Q4 V4 N4

April is still a long time... those flights are still subject to change.

yes the flight is mentioned on my confirmation page but only with the IB flightnumer 7789.

Amadeus give me this:

No SN flight number for the 7:40 flight.

For the same flight:

Still a lot of work to do.
But I will see what will happen.
