With EasyJet to Warsaw
Hello,
I live in Warsaw, Poland. EasyJet flies to Luton from here and I know they often operate B737-700. I`ve never flown this aircraft before, I want to "check" it, so I wanted to fly to Luton just to get aboard this plane . But I`ve seen that also 737-300 fly to Warsaw, and according to EasyJet, their fleet is interchangeable, which means one cannot be sure of particular type of plane operating on a route. So, there is always a "risk" I`ll have to fly 737-300 (I know it very well, I wanna see new planes!, only new!). But - how often do 737-300 fly here? And EasyJet flies 2 times a day to Warsaw, so do you think that even if 737-300 operated in the morning, I would get the chance to fly -700 in the evening, or can it be that 737-300 flies 2x a day... I need an advice whether to "take a risk" and fly to Luton , because I don`t want to fly without a reason on the plane I already know...

I have flown with Easyjet in October 2004, from Amsterdam to London Luton. Me report can be foundhere.
Both sectors of the flight where scheduled as "operated by B733", but the return flight was on a B737-700. As you said, the fleet is interchangeable, so with a stroke of bad luck you will end up on both flights with a B733. So I guess make sure that the planned aircraft for both the sectors is a B737-700, and with a little bit of luck you will fly both sectors on them (but I can't promise anything, there is always a "risk").
Anyway, be sure to ask if you can see the cockpit after landing, I was granted acces both times.
I flew on Easyjets B737-700, and I can tell you that with the new generation interior is very nice, and the glass cockpit looks very cool.
Hope you will make a decision soon and enjoy the flights.

Thanks very much... but... why is it so that in the summer one of the planes is -300 version, and during the winter the NGs operate on all flights? Is OAG a good source of information, can we be quite sure that there will be -700 , not -300s?
And referring to winter you`ve given me information from OAG about flights from Luton to Warsaw. So (correct me if I`m wrong) also NGs operate on all flights from Warsaw to Luton, right?
Thanks again!
