In the Caribbean, one of the most beautiful places in the world, a new airline is to take the skies. We proudly present to you: SkyBlue.
SkyBlue will operate on behalf of CaribbeanONE, a large airline operating from three points in the Caribbean to South America, North America and Europe. SkyBlue itself will operate short, inter-island flights out of St. Maarten, utilizing a fleet of 3 unique aircraft types.

Fleet
SkyBlue operates 3 different aircraft types: The DeHavilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter, the DHC-7 Dash 7 and the Embraer Erj-145. Each of our aircraft is unique in it's own way and is assigned it's own routes.

The DHC-6 was first developed in 1964 as a small, high-performance commuter airliner. The final aircraft design had excellent short-field performance and could seat up to 20 passengers in a spacious cabin. The Twin Otter cruises at 338km/h and has a range of 1705km. Skyblue has a fleet of 2 DHC-6 aircraft which are in service on SkyBlue's shortest and toughest routes.

The Dash-7 is a durably, quiet and well-performing turboprop that was first designed in the early 1970s. The Dash-7, also known as the "Quad Otter" is capable of taking off from runways no longer then 915m with 50 passengers on board, has a cruising speed of 400km/h and a range of 2168km. There is a single DHC-7 aircraft in SkyBlue's fleet, used on medium-long flights.

The Embraer Erj series is a modern 50-seat regional jet, which first flew in 1995. It was originally designed as a stretched jet development of the earlier EMB-120 Brasillia turboprop. The final design of the aircraft became a large success and could fly a distance of 2445km with a cruising speed of 833km/h. The -LR version has a range of 2870km. Skyblue has a fleet of 2 DHC-6 aircraft which are in service on SkyBlue's longest routes.

In the future, SkyBlue may order additional aircraft in the form of DeHavilland Canada DHC-8 and Embraer 170 aircraft.
