Wilco is descending to fast

Hi all,

I have the 737 wilco series but when I push in the LEVEL CHANGE button.After doing that the airplane is descending very fast and I can't pull up.I have it on the other direction to: I climb to fast and come in a stall.

Anyone anny ideao to solve prob?
