I think the German channel can only be viewed on satellite, but a lots of people are requesting someone who gets it on tape and uploads in on the net!

Or it could be you can fallow it on CNN (small part maybe not live) or on the internet (some german sites maybe?)

Indeed a great thing to look forward too!

ZDF (or "Duitsland 2" like most people call it) should be received on every cable television in Flanders.

Indeed Robin,

ZDF for the Germans is like VRT or VTM to us. Whenever you use cable for your television, you will be able to pick it up (certainly in West Vlaandere, don't know about the other ones, but should be the same)

I do know someone who will set his video-recorder ... Unfortunaltly I have to study that day, because I have my exam Electricity the next day ...

Greetz,

Guys,

If I'm able to catch ZDF here, I will try to upload the ceremony on my webspace, but I don't know how I can  I know killerwhale (Matthias) knows how to do it, so ask him!

Is anyone going to it, or planning to go for it's first flight?

Regards,
Rutger

Receiving ZDF in Holland should be no problem too, we can receive it here.

But I see that the 18th is on a Tuesday, so it looks like I will need a day of 'sick-leave' from school! 8)

I bet nobody in Seattle worries that ZDF isn't on the cable there.

have been thinking of it. Only problem: the show is 2 hours and 30 minutes. Its impossible to get this online in a descent quality (unless you want to download/upload a few 100 megabytes, or watch it in a format as small as a stamp  >>> for example my last KVP video was 4 minutes long taking 30Mb; so you can count for a 2.5hours show....)

been thinking of putting it on CD or DVD if there would be interest in that? This way i can keep high quality. What do you think?

Am sure that the 18th of January 2005, will mark another milestone in aviation history, not very long to go now. Although am sure that the first flight will be even more impressive. :D :D :D
