New livery for Aeroflot Nord

Post by AN124 »

Just came across this topic at the Aviatsiya.Ru forum:

http://www.aviatsiya.ru/forums/viewtopic.php?t=261

Although the livery is clearly Aeroflot the tail has for sure a Nothern design.
To bad we won't see this great livery in Western Europe as the TU154B series is banned from the airspace.

Thos Tupolevs look brand new and very good in the new livery.
I would see the Silver Bullets from Aeroflot 8)

Best Regards,
Yvo

Hello guys.

I really do agree that's a very nice livery and also a nice old lady.
Always like to see an TU-154.

Too bad they don't fly BRU,AMS,....not anymore because the noise-restrictions. :(

Nice!

About the Tu153 ban ... Are we sure it covers the whole of western europe because im sure they turn up quite often all around Italy?

Then again alot of Italian airports are built next to the ocean rather then in the middle of the city.

There was also a TU-154B-2 at BRU this year, but that was a government flight if I'm not mistaken.

The livery is indeed very nice, but it could have been a bit more different than the current Aeroflot livery.

First of all, it's Tu-154

The Tu-154 has 2 subtypes (a.f.a.i.k.) : The B-2 and the M
The B-2 has been banned from Europe because of noise regulations, but the M can still come to Europe. Take Hannover for instance where you can see up to 30 Tu-154M's in a single weekend during the holidayseason ...
