Egyptian Carriers

I'm trying to track down financial information on Egyptian airlines - in particular Egyptair, Luxor Air, ZAS Airline of Egypt and Lotus Air. Info on them in any regard is hard to come by...

And can anyone confirm whether Cargo Aviation is the new moniker for Air Cairo? And is the airline a member of the KATO Investment Group?

It'd be great if somebody could help with any of this...
