From JacDec: The damaged Pegasus Airlines Boeing 737-800 (TC-CPF, msn 40879) #PC8622 was declared a hull loss and will not fly again. This decision was made considering a lack of suitable repair facilities at Trabzon Airport. http://bit.ly/2Bpia52

So essentially a economical write-off rather than a structural write-off. At least they can recuperate some value if they part it out carefully.
