Re: ASL Airlines Belgium (ex-TNT Airways) news 2017
It means no more 777 in Belgium anymore?
Re: ASL Airlines Belgium (ex-TNT Airways) news 2017
Apparently both OO-TSC and OO-TSB have already been ferried to Singapore, to be transferred to FedEx. No clue on when OO-TSA will leave, but I'll try to get her on photo next week.
I think, sadly, this is the end for the large cargo aircraft at "TNT".

Any chance these will just change colours, stay based in LGG, using local pilots ?
I guess the pilots should know already

Re: ASL Airlines Belgium (ex-TNT Airways) news 2017
No way. They will be on the AOC of Fedex.
So very unfortunately flown by Fedex pilots.
Just like in CDG, and UPS in CGN...
Something that would never happen in the US, of course...

Emirates SkyCargo (UAE) will return two B747-400ERFs leased from ASL Airlines Belgium in June 2017, ending the use of said aircraft in its fleet. The carrier is to operate only B777Fs going forward.
Does anyone know how ASL Airlines Belgium will use those two big aircraft?

Right now they use a cargolux and a CAL 747, so maybe they keep them...

Just checked the Austrian register, they are registered by ASL Airlines Belgium NV. Wonder why they didn't put them on the Belgian register?
