BRU-PUJ is now €125 some days in May. A return can be had for €275. What kind of loads are these flights leaving with?

From the TUI website:
Would you like to have a say in where you will be seated during the flight or do you want to make sur you will be seated next to your travelling companion? Book your favourite type of seat below up to 48 hours before departure (up to 74 hours for long-distance flights). Afterwards, seats will be allocated automatically to all passengers who did not book a seat. Depending on availablility, you can still change the seat allocated to you against payment.
Does anyone know how the changing what you are allocated works? At -74 hours for a long-haul flight, you can still pay online to change whatever is given to you? If you have already paid, can you still change?

Strangely enough, whereas in Belgium TUI fly will start flying to St. Martin in the Caribbean, in The Netherlands TUI fly will stop flying there and the TUI Group will rely on KLM to transport its customers to the island

Interesting fact of planespotters.net
There's the 2 future 737s for TUI BE :
OO-TUP "Destiny"
OO-TUX "Intuition"
(https://www.tuifly.be/fr/notre-flotte section 737-8)

and 2 future aircrafts are mentionned here ;
https://www.planespotters.net/productio ... tus=future
EI-FHO - msn 35647 - ex Norwegian - 8.0 Years (OO-TUX I think) - 737-86N
EC-JBL - msn 33974 - ex Air Europa - 12.5 Years (OO-TUP I think) - 737-85P

Greetings,
Thibault

G-POWD (767-3ER Titan Airways) replaced yesterday OO-JLO (737-8 TUI BE) (via CRL Planespotting Group on Facebook) for flights CRL-TFS and TFS-CRL (not yet) after collision between the 737 and an airport truck at CRL.
Flight CRL-TFS was delayed for 10 hours.

Keep it here: it's an announcement for 2018, but made in 2017.

How many 737 MAX are destined for TUI fly Belgium?
TUI Group ordered 60 in 2013 + 10 more in 2016 = 70 in total.
Any 737 MAX 9 maybe?

Any word on Wifi and/or IFE system?
As someone on the forum already mentioned TUI won't install any TV-screens on their New narrow body aircraft anymore...as most airlines nowadays, sadly enough...

At the moment they plan to operate triangular flights in combination with PUJ.

I have booked BRU-SXM and will return SXM-PUJ-BRU. So it will be nice to see 'St Maarten' on the Brussels Airport FIDS ;-)

Best regards,
Ivan

Thanks for the answer ;)
So 19 737 MAX between 2018-2022
Does this mean they are replacing their complete current fleet of 737 NG...Because most are only a few years old and came right from the factory...Would be rather soon in aviation terms
Or is this to add on top of the current fleet as expansion?
Either way impressive...

The Dreamliner (OO-JDL) is grounded at BRU: apparently a cargo door has to be replaced.
