Medical emergency for Etihad Cargo flight EY-927 from Abu Dhabi to Amsterdam (B777-200F, reg A6-DDE) this morning: the 777 diverted to Kuwait.

Unfortunately, all help came too late for the captain.

Judging by the location of the holding it went into, I'd say there was probably a system/subsystem not working which would be necessary to do the Oceanic or ETOPS part of the flight. Nothing inherently wrong with the aircraft, probably.
