I always thought that RESA was 'Runway End Safety Area',but in Antwerp it seems to be a 'REserve & SAnctuary ' for birds. A lot of water attracting geese and other big birds
But luckily they've put a traffic light in place, to stop the birds from taking off, while aircraft are doing the same.... Clever thinking...

The Jersey Aircraft Registry – which has cost more than US$971,300 – may have to be scrapped because just two aircraft have been signed up in 16 months.
An expensive toy! But why does the "United" Kingdom need so many registers: UK itself, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man? Did I forget any?

Indeed stupid that the Neo, Max, E2 and CS series don't get a reduction of this tax. That would mean a real environmental incentive.
