A video of a security camera has captured a S7 Airlines Airbus A320 having difficulties on a very icy taxiway.
The pirouette was caught on camera back in December last year but only recently gone viral on social media. The S7 Airlines aircraft nearly hit its company Airbus A320 on the right-hand side. Luckily nobody got injured. How the flight from Bejing to Novosibirsk, Tolmachevo reached its final parking position or gate is unknown.

Very clever of the pilot to stop the plane with the reverse thrust.

Update 29th January: this 747-400 operated Saturday's KL-565 AMS-NBO Amsterdam-Nairobi quite normal, with only 20 minutes delay upon arrival: 19h50 -> 20h12 (local NBO time). But return flight KL-566 NBO-AMS with expected departure NBO at 23h59 (local NBO time) and arrival in AMS at 06h30 (local AMS time) is cancelled.Passenger wrote: ↑22 Jan 2017, 22:25 PH-BFL, a KLM 747-400, is going for triple gold: the longiest flight to nowhere in 2017, the longest delay of 2017 and the most reports on The Aviation Herald in one month.
The flight to nowhere happened on 16th Jan 2017, when KL-565 from Amsterdam to Nairobi made a U-turn southwest of Cairo, thus making it an 8 hour journey AMS-AMS. The reason was that "something on the wing was discovered to be loose".

The longest delay attempt happened on 20th January, when KL-766 from Willemstad/Curaçao had a bird strike whilst climbing out of CUR. KL-766 returned to AMS after two days, with a delay of 52 hours (KL-766 was flown by replacement aircraft PH-BFB). PH-BFL remained at CUR till 26th Jan, when it repositionned to AMS as KLM-9866.

The other report on AvHerald happened on 15th Jan 2017: "...PH-BFL performing flight KL-714 (dep Jan 14th) from Paramaribo (Suriname) to Amsterdam with 428 people on board, was descending towards Amsterdam when the crew received a cargo hold smoke indication, declared emergency and instructed emergency services to not open any doors. The crew advised they would vacate the runway and taxi to a remote stand... Emergency services did not find any trace of fire, heat or smoke..."

What I find rather more questionable: why was the plane taxiing under its own power in such conditions? Surely they must have tractors in Siberia?

It looks like some people had a bumpy ride on the KLM flight to Toulouse (and the descent was not at all decent ):

It was one of the three IL-96 aircraft coming from three different airports, and nobody knew in which aircraft Putin was, for security reasons...
