The International Red Cross will open an air bridge between Maastricht Aachen Airport and Kabul. From the 5th of September, an Antonov An-124-100 will fly 5 Red Cross flights To Kabul.

Well, in the article there is no airline named. But normaly Volga fly`s for the International Red Cross.
