Haven't seen it posted yet on Luch.., sorry, Aviation24 :

Saw this popping up while preparing a booking on SN web site :

Please be informed that we will start flying again from St. Petersburg between 26 March 2018 and 26 October 2018.

Hopefully SN flies also into LED.

Sorry, not anymore winter season but ...

So no B777 from Qatar at BRU? Too bad, would be nice to see their B777 at BRU.

But definitely more pleasant for the travellers since the A359 is way more comfortable compared to the B788 and the 773 which have both a cattle layout in Y ;)

Like i mentioned in my previous post, QR will use there B777-300ER on selected dates (QR195/196).

Here they are:
- 31 oct
- 1, 2, 5, 7, 21, 23, 28 and 30 dec.

After 15 feb till the end of the winterschedule, the B788 is scheduled. But i think that will change again in favour of the A359...

Greetings
Christophe

Does anyone know how many more seats will be offered by SN for the winter season. We know there are many additional seats from TC, around 300.000. But how about tha additional seats from the 'organic' growth (bigger planes ...). Do we speak about +10%, or rather +15% in total?

It seems that the 77W scheduled for 31/10 was the only date. They changed the aircraft back to the A359 for the dates in December.

I am booked on DOH-BRU-DOH QR195 and 194 for April May, received metal change message from A359 to B777/300 both directions, the 777 has 42 biz seats in a split cabin. Not happy because I want to fly the A359....

Due to diplomatic row between DR Congo and Belgium, DR Congo CAA has asked to Brussels Airlines to reduce flights to Kinshasa from 7 to 4 flights a week, from today.

Judging by that text, I’d say “asked” is slightly euphemistic. It’s not like they have a choice.

In deed, but SN says, in this article, the airline can keep serving Kinshasa with the daily service, till the new flights schedule is approved by the DR Congo CAA

"The airline has developed a new flight program, subject to approval by the Congolese authority. As long as it has not been approved, Brussels Airlines can continue its seven weekly flights, says spokesman Kim Daenen. However, we do not know when the Congolese authority will make its decision."
