Corendon will add a weekly flight to Burgas (Bulgaria) from April, and another weekly fly to Faro (Portugal) in May. The airline will thus fly to 10 destinations out of Brussels this summer.

Why wonderful news? it's a decrease in capacity

I know but this capacity decrease may probably lead later to a frequency increase :?:

Too bad Finnair stopped with their A350. BRU is starting to become an A350-hub. Some airlines are probably anticipating the noise restrictions by using newer types of planes...

BRU is starting to become a A350 hub? Only two airlines (QR and TG) have announced A350 operations at BRU, not really an A350 hub... :p

That would be very pro active... no link however. Anyway, if even a 787 can get fines, it will not help if they now come with an A350 instead.

Why exactly an increase in comfort? Didn't TG have 3-3-3 in Y onboard their 773's? Seatwidth & seatpitch are both the same in the 359 and the 773, both 32" / 18". The only difference is that the 359's will have WiFi and are a bit newer. But not sure that that counts as an increase in comfort. In fact, the 777 is wider inside compared to the A350.

While I love the Airbus products, the 777 in a non cattle layout remains my all time favourite longhauler (excluding the 747 since those are becoming rare unfortunately).

The A350 is temporary. Both Qatar and Thai return to the 787/777 after the summer.

LOT Polish Airlines recently adjusted planned Boeing 737-800 operations, scheduled to enter service in May 2017. A number of routes will begin to see -800 service earlier than initial plan.

Among others:
effective 16JUN17 Warsaw – Brussels 1 daily (until 18JUL17)

Regarding the Brussels Airlines booking engine:

Nantes will get an upgrade, from the 5th of March It will be operated by Flybe with Q400 instead of the ERJ145 of BMI

Hanovre will get an downgrade, ERJ145 instead of Q400
