Court of Appeals annuls Sobelair bankruptcy

This morning a Belgian court declared that the failure of Sobelair was false. Sobelair will not fail bankrupt but will be settle.

I just uploaded the news in the Latest News section.

Let's see what it will mean for the company (which will probably never fly again), Aldo Vastapane (who might get his money back) and the staff (who have lost their jobs anyway).

Great :roll: Now the company isn't bankrupt anymore but we will never see the planes flying anymore :dammit: :dammit:

well they are not bankrupt, but they did go "in vereffening". Can someone explain me the difference?

"vereffening" = liquidation. The company and its assets will be sold, but not under the constraints of a bankruptcy. It means that better prices can be expected.
