SN Brussels Airlines gets SkyTrax Excellence Award
As allready stated in the news section of this site (https://www.aviation24.be/article4543.html ), SN received the 2004 Excellence Award for the region of Europe.
You can read more about it on : http://www.airlinequality.com/main/Qlty-awds.htm
With this post I would like to congratulate the entire SN staff (I know many are reading this forum ) for the great performance they achieved since SN was established and especially throughout the last year. :mexwave:
SN has beaten LH,AF,KL,BA,IB .... all the big ones of Europe. And that's a very nice performance. !!!!!!!!!!
Cheers
Chris

Saying that they are the best is a big word IMHO. I owuld rather say that theu are very good but still need to do a lot of work to be amongst the best in this world.sab319 wrote:Well since SNBA keeps improving there service while other airlines are decreasing them it's very logic that SNBA is the best! And that combined with the best crews in the world (Belgian) it makes them almost unbeatable
It's indeed nice to see that SN isn't reducing its service on the European flights.

Sorry to contradict you on this one, Chris, but on my latest flight to MAN, service had been reduced:Avro wrote:It's indeed nice to see that SN isn't reducing its service on the European flights.
1) no more orange juice or water immediately after boarding or take-off
2) Bistro meal less abundant and tasty than when it was introduced
3) no more small chocolates
Maybe this was an isolated case, since SN still tries hard to be among the leaders with free hot meals for flights above 2 hours, but it gave me a negative impression.

My father had a similar experience on his last SN flight. That's why I fear that it isn't an isolated case.1) no more orange juice or water immediately after boarding or take-off
2) Bistro meal less abundant and tasty than when it was introduced
3) no more small chocolates
Have you written to SN to tell them your opinion ????
Ciao
Chris
I wrote to Cédric Leurquin (no need to disturb his boss about it ) wondering whether the Brussels Bistro should be renamed "Amsterdam Bistro"Avro wrote:Have you written to SN to tell them your opinion ????
