Malaysia Airlines New Configuration

For the MAS B747-400
the current configuration is : F-18 (76"), C-50 (50"), Y-318 (34")
new configuration will be : F-12 (80"), C-42 (60"), Y-313 (34")

For the MAS B777-200ER
the current configuration is : F-12 (72"), C-33 (50"), Y-233 (34")
new configuration will be : C-42 (60"), Y-233 (34")

**The new Biz on B777-200ER will be in 2-2-2, > same as SIA B777ER.
**AVOD will be available in all classes.
**New interior design for all classes.
**New livery > (Has yet to be confirmed)
**Economy class on A330-300, B747-400 & B777-200ER will remain "More
Room Throughout Coach". While on A330-200, B737-400 & Fokker-50 will only have "Standard Room Throughout Coach".

Welcome to Luchtzak, Concorde777Steward. (A Concorde 777 is a strange bird!).

It is a general trend among airlines to increase the room in long-haul F and C classes.

This is indeed strange, as the 777 is almost as roomy as the 747.
