It's a positioning flight. SNBA flies today between Munster and Lourdes according to the FMO website (will arrive at 19:05 as SN1126 from Lourdes).

BTW while browsing to the PMI departures I saw that SNBA had a flight between Lille and Palma (A319). I must say that it's great to see SNBA manages to utilise its aircraft so good.

It's indeed a very ositive news. I'm also very happy to see that SN manages to make a lot of charters during weekends and holidays.

Dens,

Do you also know for which tour operator they operate those flights ??

My guess would be that two planes would make a nightstop on weekends at GVA to be abnle to make those flights in during the 2 days. But that's only a GUESS.

This is indeed very good news for SN.
In this way they keep the planes in the air and don't spend money for parking planes during the weekend.

Hello,

@Avro : you can see for which TO are Sn flights operated here : http://www.gva.ch/fr/offre/charters.htm

I don't know if SN has any plane stationed in GVA. I will try to find more informations. All SN flights are operated on saturdays.

@teddybAIR

SN operates a scheduled flight between Geneva and Marseille:

- - 12345-- 1415 1525 SN4008 146 NONSTOP

and return:

- - 12345-- 1225 1335 SN4007 146 NONSTOP

My guess is that this flight is planned after the airplane arrived from Brussels (optimal use). But it's possible SN has a plane stationated in GVA.
Seems logical for the summer season when they'll operate charterflights from/to GVA.

Thanks for the nice link dens. :)

@ JIMpc,

according to : https://www.aviation24.be/article4425.html SNBA stopped the route recently.

BTW the plane that was doing those flights was the one doing BRU-MRS and not BRU-GVA. ;)
