Follow lunar eclipse with SNBA

Together with SN Brussels Airlines, Urania will organise a special flight so people are able to see the lunar eclipse at an altitude of 10 km, without polution disturbance or clouds. Tickets costs 75€, a VIP ticket 99€. SNBA will fly with the A319. For more information and registration: info@urania.be or 320-0526841-07.
The date: May 4, the eclips starts at 20.52 and end at 22.08. The flight will take 1 hour.

I made a similar flight in April 1997 to see the Hale-Bopp comet.
First we received a drink in the Sheraton and were briefed about comets ( no, not the plane or our Louise )
Then we boarded a Sabena 737 for a flight to Paris and back.
Strange sensation to fly in a plane with all lights in the cabin off during all the flight. 8) Even during taxiing and take-off.
By the way: this was my first flight in a "jet"plane, it was also the reason that I got interested in civil aviation.
