Moral of the story: never fly to/from a country where elections are held on that day!

Elections in Jakarta: 58 flights cancelled!
The French Press Agency AFP wrote that today, 5/04, 58 flights were cancelled at Jakarta JKT due to the elections!
Crew members apparently preferred to vote, instead of coming to the airport for their duties.
As well domestic as international flights were cancelled.
Moral of the story: never fly to/from a country where elections are held on that day!

I mean I can understand why they wouldn't, it is a very exciting day for them. But in any event the two incoming flights of KLM and Garuda in AMS from Jakarta will just come.
