Boeing B767-300 for TUI Airlines Belgium

TUI Airlines Belgium has now confirmed the composition of its short/medium haul fleet which will be 2 Boeing 737-800s and 3 Boeing 737-400s. Operations are due to start at the end of the month. The airline also plans to lease 3 Boeing 737s from Futura for the busy summer months. In addition TUI Belgium announced it has decided to operate long haul services as well and will acquire a Boeing 767-300 for this. The aircraft will begin operations on 01Jul04.

Wasn't TUI going to use Belgium Excel for its long haul operations ? Or wil they use both their own 767 and sell seats on the Excel aircraft ???

Does anyone have more info on the identity of the new 767 ?
