TUI Airlines Belgium : The aircraft

TUI Airlines Belgium [TAB] confirmed today they will be operating these aircraft as from April 1st :

Boeing 737-400 (168-170 pax)

Boeing 737-800 (189 pax)

All aircraft will be equipped with inflight entertainment videoscreens.
Sabena Technics has been contracted for the maintenance of the fleet.

Who is (was) the (previous) owner (airline) of these B734's? Are they ex Hapagg & SLR? Which were the previous regs?
