BA lounges Heathrow/Gatwick

I'm flying through Heathrow and Gatwick on British Airways. The Heathrow flights are from/to YYZ, and the Gatwick Flights are to/from SKG. Some of you know, This means terminal 4, and terminal north. WOuld it be worth spending my money on a BA lounge? If so, which airport, and on arival, ro departure? Thanks
