Jet Airways A340....hmmm.....thank you, but no thank you.
Nothing beats a traditional American carrier flying B767 and all the frills that comes with it, including the very assertive and patronizing cabin crew. Just love it.

By the way I noticed I am not the only one who's had bad experiences (last summer) with DL. They fly out worn 767's indeed : very bad seating (almost same seatpitch as on a European charter and with a headrest that ends where your neck starts), poor quality of tv-screens and below basic service. Why do I fly DL: they were the cheapest at that moment.

So my first choice will always be CO, followed by AA ....and way down by DL, unless DL will show up with a 777 in BRU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for DL it depends in wich class you are

in BE it is a fine and good product

in Y they only have a few monitors and a big screen wich does not have a good viewing quality (even worser if you have a -3P6(N152-N156DL) or the -324 model (N394DL)
another thing about it on the 3P6/324 model there r only 2 lavetories in the BAck of the plane i.o. 4 on the other 332 models (all other 763s ex. N188DN)

what makes it even worser that you wil never sknow until it shows up at the gate in BRU/ATL/JFK i have been on DL124/125 since 9/11 5 times (10 flights) and 30% of the time it was a 3P6 model and 10% a 324ER

the 777 just has PTVs and a reduced seat width and a headrest otherwise it was the same
