I have never flown with them, but I submitted an article about how they treated passengers on one flight... https://www.aviation24.be/article6470.html

The airline suddenly announced that they would not be flying to Manchester, they would go to Gatwick instead. The passengers protested and eventually the crew had to give in to them.

Enjoy your flights with Excel!

I have flown excel airways. They are quite good. You will probably be on a 767-200, or -300. The seats are leather, very profesional. The service is okay, however you are only served one cup of tea. Try and get to gatwick early. I didn't, and ended up in the back row where the seats did not recline. All in all, they are an okay airline

Maybe a stupid question,

But is it the same company as Holland, Belgium Exel?

If so, you can find my experiences with them, see the Brussels-GOA-Phuket story.

It was not as it should have been.

Excel Airways is unrelated to the Exel aviation group, it's a british charter airline...
