Flights diverted to Liege Airport.
Passengers for Milan had to take a bus to Liege, the two morning flights to Dublin canceled. AC landed also in Liege but passengers where left stranded in Chaleroi.
So was I !, I had no bags checked so I went back to the ticket desk to reschedule my flight to 17.30 later today.
Lines, extreme long and at one moment an announcement was made that a bus would drive passengers for the Dublin Flights to Liege. Once it was my turn to be helped, I asked for my bus ticket, I was told that was a mistake, no bus, flights just canceled
.Strange thing was that even before I could ask the lady a question, she gave me a card with Ryanairs address to ask for a refund.
You would think the airlines first concern would be to get stranded passengers to there destination, and not to help get them there money back 8O .
Do I blame Ryanair ?, no not for fog. But things don't look good anyway when your at the receiving end of Ryanairs customer service anyway !.
Tip for Ryanair, maybe when you pay back the illegal subsidies to the local government. Ask for a real guiding system, that way your AC's can land even whey it is misty
