I have been flying since the age of 3. Well i have come a long way since just flying as an traveller onto an avid aviation enthusiast to an aviation professional.

What has always bothered me is the rules and regulations that are meted out to staff of the industry. As when we understand and clearly expect to receive mutual respect and treatment with dignity, why is that AIRLINE STAFF who have put in years of service be treated as SUBJECT TO LOAD.
