SNBA : BRU-SVQ on 1nov2004 --- SVQ-BRU on 5Nov2004

Post by firrech »

Thanks to SNBA Privilege (20000 miles), my wife and I flied to Sévilla on 01/11/04 SN3747 and from sévilla on 05/11/04 SN3748.

The experience on SNBA flights is great.
AVANTAGES :
- flight on AVRO 100 (5 seats front, not 6 like BA or LH);
- flights strictly on time;
- sn bistro : a warm chicken with rice and fresh salad;
- belgian chocolates;
- very friendly cabin crew and very professionnal.

I would likge give some more informations about the cabin crew because i was very surprised about the quality of the service.
To Sevilla, there were 2 stewards and a hotess. There were very smily (not commercial) but natural. I had the impression to find back the Sabena service.
I had time to tell the hotess and say to her my satsifaction about the service. She's ex-sabenian and proud to be it and I can believe her.
I could compare the SN service with Iberia. But there is no compare!!
Sorry for Iberia.

For the return flight, only 2 cabin crew for the same service.

Our 2 flights were FULLY BOOKED (only 2 vacant places on business).

If I can give an information to the travellers, PREFER SNBA for your flights. They are great, professional and can give same sabena quality.

Sorry for Iberia.
Same feeling here! SNBA scores much better than IB. The scary thing is that sometimes you may buy an SN ticket and be flying an IB plane!

Seems you had a lovely flight.. to an lovely city called SEVILLE :!:

Hello B737229,

Sure. I can't understand when you buy a SN ticket to Spain, you can have an IBERIA flight on which you have, for example, to pay for drinks and snacks!!!
The difference of quality is same with BA.There is no compare between the airlines but they are partners!!

Best regards.

Thanks for your nice report on excellent flights, firrech.

May I suggest you use the SpellCheck before posting your messages?

You can see the difference between IB and SN by looking at the flight number. If your SN flight number is 4***, 5*** or 8***, it is operated by a codeshare partner

Thanks you for sharing your experience. :)

It seems SVQ is doing good. You mention that there were only 2 free seats in business class, but how many rows were used for business on your flights ?
I would likge give some more informations about the cabin crew because i was very surprised about the quality of the service.
Quite strange that you were surprised ? :roll: Didn't you fly SN before to earn your 20000 miles ? ;) ;)

only 8 business seats.
I often book on SNBA but unfortunely, i fly on partner airlines like BA or Iberia and it's the reason why i can't compare SNBA with IBERIA.

Firrech,
You wrote: "The experience on SNBA flights is great. "

I have to say when I flew to Vienna with SNBA it was great compared to Belgium, Holland Exell, even when those flights were in business.

Thanks for the report.

SNBA is good. Iberia has off late taken the brickbat for bad service standards.

Thank you for sharing with us.

I'll fly to BCN in March with Iberia.
Iberia was cheaper then SNBA and VEX .
Offcourse I could choose for Vueling but
I'm student and I have no credit card so no VLG :cry:
But I love the Spanish carrier :) :wink:
Best regards,
