Cityjet WX 237 London City to Antwerp - Fokker 50 - Flight report

Post by TheFlyingSultan »

Hello,

Here's a report of what was probably my last flight on one of the VLM Airlines Fokker 50's.
Now they are retired but who knows when and if the 'new VLM Airlines' arises?
Btw this flight was flown in May 2016 - a few weeks later VLM Airlines ceased operations.
Enjoy!

Enjoyable report. Where did you connect from, before taking this flight?

It was nice for me to see LCY again: I used it last time on a VLM flight to BRU, with two stewardesses and a full meal! Where are the times?

So LCY still didn't build a taxiway? That seriously limits its capacity, but maybe there is no room for a taxiway.

Thank you André, I came from NTE, also on Cityjet.

I remember vividly, long time ago that is! Blue Fokkers they were.

Nope, they didn’t and I guess there’s little (no) space for that.
