Hi everybody.
We just back from firenze with SNBA.
Normaly I fly with them to Africa.
It was a very good flight good service and the Brussels Bristo concept is very nice.
The crew did there best to help us (3 childrens).

Also very important the 2 flight's where on time.
one thing was a bit sad I use to fly with SABENA to Firenze and they had 4 flight's a day.there was no other company flying so much.And now Air France is flying 4 times a day.snif snif

Ho Avro.
Yes they where full.And we had 3 crew to go and only 2 to come back.But they did a great job!
Also the RJ are good planes a think they don't have to change them to fast.The long haul fleet needs a upgreat they are dirty and in bad shape.
